Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on some weekends or holidays. During peak seasons and limited drops, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier or customs processing times.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kalaqtic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend ensuring your delivery address is secure and monitored.
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly or email us at contact@kalaqtic.com, and we’ll assist however we can.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to correct an address, email contact@kalaqtic.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping details.
